MEADOW-INSPIRED SUMMER WEDDING AT THE SWAN HOTEL, BIBURY

18th February 2026

Jamie & Connor’s wedding at The Swan Hotel, Bibury was the perfect celebration of relaxed summer romance, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. With an outdoor ceremony surrounded by nature, the day felt effortlessly beautiful from beginning to end.

For the ceremony, we enhanced the garden’s existing wooden arch with abundant, natural florals to create a soft, meadow-inspired focal point. Trailing green amaranthus wove gently through the design, alongside dahlias freshly hand-picked from our cutting garden, delicate cosmos, campanulas, daisies, grasses, roses, astilbe and a blend of seasonal summer flowers. The result was organic, airy and perfectly in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

The aisle was styled with loose, natural meadow arrangements, allowing the ceremony space to feel immersive, romantic and connected to the garden setting. As the day moved into the reception, tables were decorated with coordinating meadow florals and soft candlelight, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere for guests to dine and celebrate. The flowers complemented the summer theme beautifully, bringing colour, texture and movement throughout the day.

Every detail of Jamie and Connor’s wedding was flawlessly brought together by Dheyna at Smitten Weddings UK, whose thoughtful planning ensured a seamless and joyful celebration from start to finish.

"We wanted to thank you so much for everything - the flowers just took our breath away when we saw the archway! It looked like something out of a dream. Everything was absolutely perfect and people haven't stopped commenting on how stunning they were. It really was the most perfect day and such a wonderful start to our marriage."
